CrossBuzz offers a lead engagement platform using AI-driven SMS messaging to re-engage past leads, schedule appointments, and communicate on behalf of client businesses. All use of our platform must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including TCPA and carrier rules.

You agree: To use our services only for lawful, authorized purposes. That all contacts you engage via our platform have opted in. Not to use our system to send spam, abusive, or misleading content You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of messages you send through the CrossBuzz platform.
3. Account Access
If you are a client or authorized user of CrossBuzz, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
CrossBuzz operates on a performance-based pricing model. Fees are based on campaign outcomes and/or agreed-upon results. Payment terms are outlined in your client agreement or invoice. Nonpayment may result in suspension of services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrossBuzz LLC will not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Message delivery failures, lost leads, or missed appointments Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated responses or SMS outcomes We do not guarantee delivery or results from any specific message or campaign.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
