Founder's Story
CrossBuzz was born at the intersection of human communication and intelligent automation.
Before launching this company, I spent years in the trenches of digital, guerrilla, and experiential marketing—learning what makes people stop, engage, and act. But it wasn’t just marketing that shaped my approach. I’ve also served as a firefighter paramedic. In that world, communication isn’t optional—it’s everything. You learn to say the right thing, at the right time, in the right tone. There’s no second chance. That same principle now drives how we build our messaging systems.
My unique mix of field experience and frontline communication gave me a deep understanding of how people respond —and how to engineer prompts that sound real, feel natural, and actually get results. It’s not about sounding smart. It’s about being understood.
